Preventative maintenance agreement

  • 2 maintenance inspections per contract year
  • Remove and replace filter (filter not provided)
  • Service calls and repairs are not covered under this plan
  • Repairs, parts and labor receive a 15% discount
  • Multiple units per house is $150 per unit

What is included on a maintenance inspection

  1. Install customer provided filter
  2. Flush condensate drain line, clean drain pan and install algaecide
  3. Lubricate motor and blower (if applicable)
  4. Inspect wiring and control
  5. Check temperature differential
  6. Check overalll equipment operation
